2019 Spring Spin-OFF

ATTENTION ALL MINIACS AND THEIR MINI!!!!

On April 27, 2019 the Annual Spring SPIN-OFF Car Show will be held at Trident Technical College’s Thornley Campus (Formerly Main Campus) 7000 Rivers Ave. North Charleston, SC 29406. Gates open at 8 a.m. Awards presentation at 2 p.m.

The Spring Spin-Off Car Show is an annual event that showcases cars, trucks and motorcycles. Proceeds of the show benefit the W. Athell Yon Fund. This award is presented each year to the three students who achieve the highest GPA in the Automotive Technology associate degree program.

Vehicle registration for the 2019 Spring Spinoff is free of charge thanks to the event sponsor, Hendrick Automotive Group.  All vehicles competing in the judged competition ARE REQUIRED to register online. Due to parking limitations, registration will close when all classes are filled and/or the maximum capacity of 300 entries is reached. This year, ALL COMPETITORS MUST CLICK HERE TO REGISTER ONLINE - NO SAME DAY REGISTRATION! Registration will close April 19 or when all classes are filled and/or maximum capacity of 300 entries is reached.

Note: CMC Registration will be open until April 26, 2019. This is just in case Trident's registration stays open past the 19th.

Judging Rules
The show will feature a panel of judges who will review and determine the class winners. To be judged, all vehicles competing in a class must park together – no exceptions.

We’re expecting food trucks, a record turnout of vendors and the largest New Car Competition ever. Trident Technical College, the Automotive Technology Advisory Board and the Spring Spin-Off Car Show Committee would like to thank you for years of loyal participation in our event and look forward to seeing you at the show!

After registering with TTC come back and register with us. If there are a MINImum of 7 cars registered here going, let's meet at the Navy Federal Credit Union, 7255 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406 by 7:30 AM and let's head over to the show as the CMC at 7:45 AM. PLEASE BE ON TIME SO YOU DO NOT MAKE OTHERS LATE FOR THE SHOW PLEASE.
