Event cost is $275 per driver
Novice Instructed requires an additional $50 instructor fee
On track sessions 8:30AM – 5:30PM with an hour break for lunch
4 Run group format - Novice, Intermediate1, Intermediate 2, Advanced
All passing by point b
Convertibles are allowed with factory roll over protection (Porsche Boxster, S2000 for example) or aftermarket competition approved rollbar (Harddog hard core for Miatas for example).
SA2010 or newer helmets required
Open to licensed drivers ages 16 and older (Under 18 requires accompanying parent)
Passengers are allowed (16 or older)
Event is held rain or shine
Camping at the track is available at no extra charge
Share your spot with a co-driver for only an additional $50 (alternate drivers in the same group sharing car).Not available for Novice-Instructed registrations.

Refund Policy

Cancellations more than 14 days before the event - full refund.  Cancellations 8-14 days before event - refund minus $50 cancellation fee or a FULL credit to a future Just Track It event.  Cancellations 7 days or less before an event - no refund or credit.

Indemnity Policy

This is a high speed open track event held at a private racing facility. While the overriding consideration during the operation of the event is safety, incidents may occur that could cause vehicle damage and/or personal injury. You will be driving with other participants whose vehicles may be uninsured and/or unregistered. You are fully responsible for the safe operation and safe mechanical condition of your vehicle. Just Track It, LLC, its officers, staff and facility providers assume no responsibility in the event of an accident, of any kind, in the course of this event. The undersigned assumes all risks and hazards incidental to participating in this high speed open track event, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and does hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Just Track It, LLC, its officers, staff and facility for any claim of any kind for damage or injury to his/herself, his/her personal property, including his/her vehicle, or damage to any other person, personal property or vehicle. By participating in this event, you assume all risk and liability of damage to the facility. This includes but is not limited to damage to the track surface due to spilled fluids, damage to guard rail, and damage to tire barriers. If you have an incident that results in track damage you will be responsible for the costs of repair payable immediately to the track. Your registration is your acknowledgment of the above and agreement to attend under these conditions.

Instructor - Mandatory for Novice-Instructed Drivers

Mandatory charge for all drivers not approved for solo driving.  This includes any driver that has fewer than 4 verified instructed events with a recognized HPDE organization. Also available as an option for solo approved drivers to be assigned an instructor for the day or weekend. 

Vinyl car number set

Vehicle numbers on both sides of your car in a contrasting color at least 8 inches tall are required.  If you do not have numbers you can use this option to purchase a set.  Please specify white or black vinyl and preferred number choices. 

Lunch time touring laps

Low speed (highway speed) touring laps behind a pace car during lunch.  No helmets are required, any vehicle welcome, and passengers welcome too.  It's a great way to allow any guests or friends at the track with you to experience what Road Atlanta looks like from the drivers seat.  We will line up on grid at lunch time and the session will be approximately 25 minutes long. 

APEX Digital Driving Coach

Order the APEX as a registrant of this event and we will apply $50 from your event registration fee towards the APEX price.  The cost of the APEX is $449 but when purchased as part of this event registration your final price will be $399 and we can either ship it to you ahead of the event at no charge or you can pick it up at the event.
